A planning application has been submitted for a modern terrace of four houses on an existing builders yard. We worked with Tandridge Planning Department through the pre-planning process to create modern, three bedroom homes in a village setting. The site is adjacent to woodland and there are some trees on site so we worked with ecologists and arboriculturalists to create a proposal that is sensitive to it's surroundings. The proposal uses traditional materials in a modern way with doors and windows designed to let in plenty of light whilst maintaining the privacy of neighbours and residents.
