We have submitted an application for listed building consent for the internal alteration and refurbishment of this Grade II listed building. The house was built in the 1840's and is part of a near uniform brick and stucco terrace. SA Architecture have researched into the history of the area and the street in order to prepare a Design and Access Statement to support this submission. We have also undertaken a photographic survey of the existing house and searched through the planning history to justify the alterations proposed.
