Little Treverra

The brief was to provide a purpose built traditional home and guesthouse on the grounds of an existing farm that would accommodate and adapt to the demands of a modern family.
A new 5-bedroom house has been built incorporating a gym/steam & sauna and brick bespoke wine cellar. The grounds have been remodeled and landscaped and include Tennis court and swimming Pool.

The new house has been painstakingly built using locally sourced stonework and materials and blends into the landscape as viewed from across the estuary. The interior reads as an historic building that has been carefully renovated to meet the needs of a modern active family. The overall approach has been one of continual attention to detail and the house provides a understated backdrop to the clients own particular elegant style of decoration and fittings.
